You're greeted by a very friendly, helpful woman. She and her husband own the business. It started out as a positive transaction and remained that way until the very end. The owner Brian made sure he checked out the job and made his recommendations before he left. Not only was he awesome but his crew was has well. I would recommend them to anyone looking to having any type of flooring replaced! So glad I used them!
